Privacy policy
In our activities on the Internet, we act in strict compliance with the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG 2000) and collect, process and use your data only in accordance with the legal provisions. This privacy policy applies exclusively to the use of the websites offered by us on the domain www.kunstinseefeld.at and their subpages. It does not apply to the websites of other service providers to which we merely refer via a link.
To ensure that your visit to our website is safe and satisfactory, we also take the protection of personal data very seriously. When using our websites, you remain anonymous as long as you do not voluntarily provide us with personal data (please also refer to the comments on Google Analytics and the social media plugins further down on this page). Personal data is data that enables us or a third party to identify you. As a rule, all accesses to our Internet pages are logged and stored in so-called log files of the web servers used. However, only the information that your Internet browser automatically transmits to the server is stored in the log files. These are in particular: IP address, time of the server request, operating system, browser type/version, name of the Internet service provider, individual page views of our Internet offering and possibly the Internet page from which you accessed our page(s). This is exclusively information that does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person. The storage of this data only serves statistical purposes.
Further personal data is only collected if you provide this information voluntarily, for example when using our contact forms as well as emails and telephone inquiries, or if you allow this via the social media plugins. You can, of course, use our website without providing personal data. However, we can then offer you individual services, such as the sending of offers, flyers, etc., only to a limited extent. If you have provided us with personal data, we will use it to process your requests, to provide other services and for administrative purposes. We will treat the data provided by you as strictly confidential and under no circumstances will we knowingly or willingly pass it on to third parties, sell/rent it or make it accessible in any other way in a non-anonymized form - unless we are legally obliged to do so. In order to protect your data from access by third parties even during transmission, we use encryption methods in accordance with current standards. However, we would like to point out that when transmitting data on the Internet, it is always possible that third parties may take note of or falsify your data.
You have the right to information (§ 26 DSG) about the data stored regarding your person, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of the data processing at any time. Likewise, you have the right to correction and deletion (§ 27 DSG) of the data stored with regard to your person. You can revoke your consent to the collection and storage of your personal data by us at any time (§ 28 DSG). For this purpose, please contact us in writing (E-mail).
